I’m proud of continuing to train through the different seasons of life. As my responsibilities have grown, running a business and raising two young children, training has remained a constant. It’s looked different at times, but it’s always been a priority. My motivations have changed. I train for physical and mental health, and I keep getting stronger, year after year.

I wasn’t one of those naturally athletic people growing up. In fact, I didn’t find my passion for training until my late twenties. Back then, I went to the gym for all the "wrong" reasons mostly because I didn’t want to be “fat.” I chased smaller instead of stronger, and for a long time, I measured progress in all the wrong ways.
But somewhere along the way, that changed. I stopped training to shrink myself and started training to see what I was capable of. I fell in love with the process, the discipline, and the way it made me feel.
It’s been a long journey of learning and unlearning from figuring out nutrition the hard way to discovering what it really means to train in a way that supports women through every season of life. Coaching women became my passion because we’re complex creatures… but deep down, we’re all the same. And helping women find their strength physically and beyond is what I love most about what I do.
