I have always been quite athletic and strong growing up. Started lifting at 15 years old for track and field and quickly got into competitive bodybuilding and won 1st place on my first bodybuilding show. After that, I found crossFit, but really fell in love with the Olympic Weightlifting part of it. I pursued weightlifting full-time both as a competitor and as a coach. I love the sport of weightlifting and I think it's a challenging sport both mentally and physically which is why I adore it. I started my Weightlifting Club Good Lift! under Wildcard and I am very passionate in all aspects of the sport, which shapes the coach I am today.

After battling with many injuries, and almost a career-ending one, I found myself struggling mentally and physically. However, I realised that it was all up to me whether I take this and give up or rebuild and become the strongest version of myself. I then rehabbed myself diligently every day to the point of competing again and starting my weightlifting club. The battle is always me vs. me. Eventually, it's your mentality and how you view your challenges along the way that shape you. I have this eagerness to be better, to always see the glass half full, the hunger for more that kept me going and is still keeping me going.

I want to help anyone get into the sport of weightlifting, to get stronger, fitter, most mobile, and be the strongest version of themselves. If you are keen to get stronger, doesn't matter your background, I am here for you.
