My athletic journey began in secondary school, where I first discovered my love for rugby. But everything changed after I watched Matthias Steiner win Olympic gold in weightlifting at the 2008 Games — if you know, you know. From that moment, I was hooked.

I started lifting at my local gym with little knowledge, until a weightlifting coach noticed me and offered to teach me properly — something I’m still incredibly grateful for. After a year of dedicated training, I joined the Army, where I quickly realised that strength alone wasn’t enough. That’s when I discovered CrossFit.

After my first session at Wildcard, I was instantly hooked. Since then, CrossFit has become more than just training — it’s been a lifestyle, a community, and a continuous challenge that keeps pushing me to evolve.

My greatest enemy was never external, it was my own self-doubt. For years, I limited myself with hesitation and disbelief. But through perseverance and different challenges, I discovered something powerful: those limits were never real. Now, I thrive on pushing past boundaries and finding new ways to grow stronger, mentally and physically every day.
I believe many of us place unnecessary limits on ourselves. I’m passionate about helping people break through those self-imposed barriers and reach levels they never thought possible, both physically and mentally.
